Insulated with 800-fill-power goose down.
The Launch Vest is insulated with 800-fill-power goose down at the front and back body, as well as at the collar. At the side body panels, it has 60 gram PrimaLoft® Bio™ insulation, made from 100% recycled, biodegradable fibers.

Pre-baffled construction.
Pre-baffled construction means the baffles that contain the down are woven into the fabric itself, so there is no need for exterior stitching, keeping the surface of the fabric completely smooth. This process also means down feathers will not leak through needle holes in the seams, as often happens with traditional down pieces. And, the matte-finish nylon-and-spandex blend has tremendous stretch and ease of movement.
Design Details
The Launch Vest features a center-front zipper.
It also features zippered hand pockets (the wearer’s left-hand pocket has a hidden phone pocket on the interior).
Additionally, there is an interior zippered pocket on the wearer’s left side.
