Engineered at the mill level, the baffles containing the 800-fill-power RENU® performance recycled down insulation are woven directly into the fabric itself, eliminating the need for exterior stitching and keeping the surface of the fabric smooth. This prevents down feathers from leaking through needle holes in the seams found in traditional “sewn-in” quilted baffles while also eliminating thread tension.

Constructed from a water-resistant, pre-baffled stretch ripstop fabric, it allows for an unrestricted range of movement.
The 800-fill-power RENU® performance recycled down used in our Launch styles provides warmth while remaining lightweight, breathable, and lofty. Sourced exclusively from post-consumer products, the recycled down is cleaned, treated, and repurposed to help reduce textile waste.
Features an interior chest pocket on the left side, secure zippered hand pockets, and a center-front zipper guard with zig-zag quilt detail. We’ve also included 60-gram PrimaLoft® Bio™ insulation at the side panels.
