An eco-conscious update to our best-selling, classic Space Hoodie—the signature piece that launched the brand—the Eco Space Hoodie is a direct expression of AETHER’s drive to unify form and function. The water- and wind-resistant Space Hoodie takes the comfort and versatility of a hoodie and gives it a more refined urban aesthetic—sophisticated enough for the city yet functional enough for the backcountry. Crafted from 100% recycled polyester ripstop fabric from Japan, it’s treated with a PFC-free C0 DWR and insulated with 80 gram PrimaLoft® Bio™ insulation, made from 100% post-consumer recycled fibers designed to return to materials found in nature. Furthering the sustainability of this style, there is an AETHER-logo Natulon® zipper at the center front with zipper tape made from recycled bottles. Additionally, the double-needle top-stich detail along the exterior join seams uses a Coats Ecoverde sewing thread, made from 100% recycled fibers. The interior features an AETHER label highlighting all of the key attributes of the garment. The Eco Space Hoodie was designed to function as a stand-alone piece on most days, but when it gets particularly cold, it can double as a high-performance midlayer. Incredibly lightweight and extremely packable, the Eco Space Hoodie is one of the most versatile pieces in the AETHER range.
