  • Maintain store-appearance standards while keeping the merchandise organized and the sales floor stocked
  • Use Shopify point-of-sale system for processing payments, refunds, exchanges, and issuing gift cards
  • Greet guests upon entering store and engage them in meaningful conversations about the brand and products
  • Assist customers with finding appropriate styles and sizes
  • Participate in AETHER events and initiatives


  • Strong attention to detail and adaptability
  • Technical fashion and/or design knowledge
  • Knowledge of ski and snowboard industries, cycling, motorcycles, and active apparel a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays

  • Assist AETHER founders and VP of Brand in a variety of day-to-day tasks
  • Assist in the planning and production of studio and on-location photoshoots
  • Extensive location and travel research for on-location shoots
  • Handle all details of on-location shoots including permits, travel, lodging, and support staff
  • Assist in booking talent for photoshoots
  • Assist in the planning of in-store events around the country
  • Sample trafficking
  • Help VP of Brand write and fact-check website content
  • Administrative tasks including booking travel and hotels for executive team
  • Calendar management for executives


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Obsessive attention to detail
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized and ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
