Looking for a full time hands-on accounting manager to perform and oversee all functions of an established clothing manufacturing/retailer with multiple state locations. The right individual will perform the following:

The Product Development Manager will drive the creative process and be the link between the Design and Production teams, ensuring that all designs are translated and delivered on time, within budget and meet the high expectations that the Aether customer expects. The PD manager will engage in idea generation, fabric/trim sourcing and development, garment construction and testing.
The PD will maintain strict deadlines and have the responsibility of being the direct Aether contact for all mills and vendors.

Aether Apparel is looking for a highly motivated, organized, and focused individual to join our team as the Design Room Assistant. You will be the link between the Design, Product Development and Production teams. You will ensure that the design room runs smoothly for all divisions and will view no task as too big or too small!
You will be involved in the creation of all Aether products from conception to production. You will be a self-starter and possess a strong sense of responsibility and accountability. This is a 3 month role with the potential to make permanent after review at the end of the 3 month period.

As Key Holder, you will be responsible for carrying out AETHER brand goals through positive and effective communication with customers as well as efficient operation of the store.
