The Sahn Classic helmet is now available for purchase under Gear.

Offering clean lines and a sophisticated silhouette, the Sahn Classic is a welcomed alternative to the hyper-aggressive look of most road racing helmets. It’s constructed from a tough outer ABS plastic shell with a shock absorbing polystyrene inner layer and meets all North American standards for road safety. Designed for ease of use, it has simple adjustable straps, comfortable foam padding, and a precision Swiss-made rear dial harness.

We’ve written about Sahn Helmets before on the journal, but we’ve now had a chance to demo the helmet for a few weeks and we’re pleased to announce that it definitely lives up to the hype. We found it be be considerably lighter than other mono-hull urban helmets we’ve tried, and the relatively high cut on the sides allows for excellent airflow up and underneath the helmet.
