There’s a lot of bike multi-tools out there. Crank Brothers, Topeak, and Black Burn jump to mind immediately. They work exceptionally well when you have one with you, but the day you forget it will invariably be the day you break down. To ensure you always have the proper tools, many cyclists ride with under-seat tool bags, but those can be easily swiped by passing miscreants.

The InCOG Bike Tool hopes to solve all this by integrating a multi-tool into the bike itself. The flexible InCOG Bike Tool slides into the handle bar, keeping it out of sight and out of mind until the moment you need it.  It comes with all the standard bike related tools and since it uses modular pieces, lost parts can be replaced at any hardware store.
