Return Policy

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If however, you need to return an item, Aether accepts merchandise in their original, unworn, unwashed condition, with all tags attached, within 30 days of your order receipt. No cash refund will be offered for promotional items or gift cards. To exchange or return your purchase, complete the return form and include it with your return package. On all domestic orders, Aether provides a prepaid shipping label for your convenience. Please write "AETHER RA" followed by your order number, directly on your return box. Aether is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment. Once we receive your return package, you will be sent an email notifying you that your return is being processed. Please allow 1-2 weeks for returns to be processed.

We are unable to offer prepaid returns on international orders at this time.

Due to logistical constraints, we are unable to accept returns for any 3rd party items sold through our website. The sale of all such products are final. However, if you feel your product has a defect that may be covered under warranty, please contact our customer service department and we will put you in touch with the product's manufacturer.
