Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship orders using United States Postal Service with International Priority services. All international packages are shipped at a flat rate of $30 (Canada $15). You will be responsible for any taxes and duties that may apply. If you have any questions, drop us a note at customerservice@aetherapparel.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.

How long do orders take to process?

Orders are processed within 48 hrs of being received, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received after 11 AM PST,  on weekends, or during a holiday, will be processed the next business day.

How long do refunds or exchanges take to process?

Your refund or exchange will take 4-5 business days to process once the items are received into our inventory. If you do not receive a return notification email during this period please contact customer service.

How do I return something?

Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. See Return Policy.
