Winter is having some serious commitment issues this year. It came on strong back in October with that whole Halloween Nor’easter stunt, but since then it hasn’t been able to make up it’s mind. At this rate, it’ll be the middle of July before it gets itself in gear. So until then, we’re turning our minds to the much more decisive months of summer.

Also escaping this enigmatic winter, English pro-kite surfer Hannah Whiteley has taken to the warm waters of Uruaú Ceará Brazil. Normally she’d be out carving on the slopes this time of year, but she’s taking a little vacation to focus on her true passion.  As three time British Ladies Freestyle kitesurfing Champion and last year’s winner of PKRA World Tour’s Big air/ Board contest, Hannah makes launching through the air look completely effortless. A wonderful way to spend this winter indeed.
