With a touch a delicate surrealism this British advert for Avios imagines what it would be like if everything could fly.  From BBQ stoves to lawn mowers, everyday objects get the chance to lazily drift about the English country side. The concept was brought about by agricultural engineer and helicopter model enthusiast Rupert Brandon-King. After helping a friend move a wash machine up a flight of stairs, they mused what it would be like if it could fly and the idea sort of took off from there.

Below is the “Making-of” video that shows how the team was able to get all those household items up in the air. After seeing some of the more spectacular failed attempts it becomes clear that while everything can fly, it’s certainly not easy.
